Agreement to Terms
To participate in this Referral Program, you must agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of The PrideNomad Letter.

Seagrass Media, LLC ("The PrideNomad Letter," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user's ability to participate in it at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to disqualify you at our discretion if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Such violations may also lead to the forfeiture of all referral points previously earned.

Eligibility
Participation in this Referral Program is limited to individuals only and cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation or other commercial purposes. Participation is also subject to all local laws that would apply to you and this program.

Qualifying Referrals
You earn rewards by encouraging others to subscribe to The PrideNomad Letter using a unique referral link provided to you. The steps are as follows:

You send your unique referral link to a friend (a "Referred Subscriber") via email, social media, or other approved methods.The Referred Subscriber uses your link to visit our site and subscribes to The PrideNomad Letter.The subscription must be confirmed and remain active for at least four weeks for it to qualify as a "Qualified Referral."

Rewards
Points are redeemable for rewards available at the time of redemption. The rewards and the points required for them are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or auctioned.

By participating in this program, you agree to receive communications related to the Referral Program. When promoting your referral link, you must clearly disclose that you are participating in a referral program.

Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Changes to these Terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately unless otherwise noted. Unused points will be forfeited upon termination of the program.

Legal Compliance
You are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations in participation. You are also responsible for any tax implications resulting from received rewards.
